Luxury condo interior

About Ryan's Rankings

Why this exists

When I moved to Miami, I Googled "best condos in Brickell" and got a wall of listings pretending to be advice. Every building was "luxury." Every pool was "resort-style." None of it told me what I actually needed to know.

So I built the resource I wish I'd had. Honest rankings based on actually living in and around these buildings, not just touring the model unit.

The Mission

"Give people the info most realtors won't. I'm not selling anything. I'm just telling you what it's actually like."

See the site in action

Watch Ryan walk through the site and explain how to get the most out of every building profile.

This site is independent. Not affiliated with any brokerage, developer, or property management company. Rankings are based on personal experience, research, and honest assessment. That's it.

How the ratings work

Every building is scored across six categories (amenities, location, value, management, views, condition), then gets an overall 1–5 star rating.

ExceptionalBest-in-class. Sets the standard.
ExcellentOutstanding with minor drawbacks.
GoodSolid building. Good value for the right buyer.
FairNotable issues. Proceed with caution.
PoorSignificant problems. Not recommended.

What's next

Right now we're building out profiles for every high-rise in Greater Downtown Miami: Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, the A&E District, Park West, and Brickell Key.

Down the road: more South Florida neighborhoods, comparison tools, and maybe partnerships with realtors who share the commitment to honest, buyer-first info. But for now, the focus is on building the best condo research resource Miami has ever had.
